The first ever Skelmersdale SOUP was a great success.
As well as delicious soup & bread & mince pie there was entertainment by the Raised Voices Choir and Dream-Makers Theatre Group.
The audience voted and the money raised was donated to Burscough Community Farm - see pic on the right.

The SOUP events originated from an idea to raise funds for community groups in Detroit, USA.
And Skelmersdale SOUP has evolved from Ormskirk SOUP.
